The foundations of my work are a warm and supportive environment and strong therapeutic relationships. It forms the basis of helping clients to recognise the origins and recurring patterns of their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours and in developing effective coping mechanisms.
I use various therapeutic approaches to inform treatment, including Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
